Terms & Conditions
Deposits:
In order to reserve and hold space for golf arrangements, a deposit of 25% of the
golf package price is required at the time of the booking.
If a reservation is cancelled prior to 14 days of
arrival, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations
within 14 days of arrival will be subject to full forfeiture
of the deposit.
Final Payments:
The balance of the total cost is due no later than 60 days before departure. Hookers N Slicers, LLC accepts payment by personal check or money order made payable to our parent company Hookers N Slicers, LLC.
Reservation Changes:
ONLY the group leader can make changes to golf packages with 14 days of booking without a penalty. A charge of $25.00 will be charged
if changes are made after the 14-day grace period. Group leaders are responsible for all tee times arranged by Hookers N Slicers, llc.
Cancellations:
Notification of any cancellations must be made in writing and forwarded by certified registered mail to Hookers N Slicers, LLC (HNS) as soon as possible. If a trip or package is canceled by the company (HNS), all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Otherwise, cancellation charges apply as follows, to each traveler.
Conditions:
In the event of trip cancellation by Hookers N Slicers, LLC, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Hookers N Slicers, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to full payment. Hookers N Slicers, LLC reserves the right to cancel any individuals participation in a tour, or any part thereof, by refunding a proportionate balance for the unused portion of the tour. There will be no refunds for any absence from the tour once it commences, that is for such things as missed meals, golf, sightseeing or any other activities in the tour. Hookers N Slicers, LLC is not responsible for personal injury, accident, or illness; or for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.
Responsibility:
Individual participants acknowledge that Hookers N Slicers, LLC acts only as the agent for the actual suppliers of transportation and all other travel-related and golf services and accommodations.
Hookers N Slicers, LLC assumes no responsibility for, and each participant will release
Hookers N Slicers, LLC from, any claim, cause of action, loss, expense, injury or damage that any participant may incur relating to the failure by any third party (such as an airline, hotel, transportation service or golf course) to perform its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; the negligence or willful misconduct of any third party in connection with the performance of its obligation to provide goods, accommodations or services; or any act of God, civil disturbance, conflict, strike, theft, governmental action or any other event or action not within the control of
Hookers N Slicers, LLC. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the client or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.
